MS Exam Prep is provided by DuffIT Pty Ltd (ABN 75 104 508 769), trading as Quill Learning.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, follow applicable laws, and use course materials only for legitimate learning or authorised training purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract content at scale, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, impersonate another person, or use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Learning content
Course materials may include AI-assisted content and links to third-party sources. We aim to ground exam-prep materials in official Microsoft documentation, but specifications and exam objectives can change. Verify critical information against the current official exam guide.
External evaluations
Courses may link to Metrics That Matter or another external evaluation provider. That provider operates its own service and terms. MS Exam Prep is not responsible for external-site availability or handling after you leave this site.
Availability and changes
Features, courses, and access may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn. We may restrict accounts that threaten security, violate these terms, or are no longer authorised by the sponsoring organisation.
Intellectual property
The platform and original course presentation remain the property of their respective owners. Microsoft names, certification marks, and referenced documentation remain subject to Microsoft's terms. Access does not transfer ownership.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular examination outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Account closure
You can close and anonymise your account from Account settings. Some de-identified learning metrics may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
