Who operates this service
MS Exam Prep is operated by DuffIT Pty Ltd (ABN 75 104 508 769), trading as Quill Learning, in Victoria, Australia.
Information we collect
- Identity data supplied by Microsoft sign-in, including email address, account identifier, and account type.
- Optional profile data you choose to provide, such as role, industry, experience, employer, goals, and learning preferences.
- Learning activity, including course progress, assessment responses, mastery evidence, badges, study preferences, page and course navigation, study-session duration, artifact interactions, recommendation actions, and feedback-link activity.
- Content you submit to the learning agent, including chat questions and conversation history.
- Optional product feedback, including the reaction type, comment, page path, optional course identifier, account association, and submission time.
- Operational data needed to secure and run the service, including session, usage, error, and audit information.
- When you accept optional public analytics, Google Analytics receives site-navigation and device/network information and provides us with aggregate reports such as visits, referral source, device category, and approximate country.
When collection begins
Before sign-in, the site uses storage necessary to operate the sign-in flow. Google Analytics remains disabled unless you accept optional analytics in the consent banner. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the site. Account and learning data collection begins when you sign in and accept the Terms of Service and this policy. Optional profile information is collected only when you submit it.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, deliver and personalise courses, provide adaptive recommendations, answer learning questions, measure course effectiveness and learner journeys, review optional product feedback, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. Authorised administrators can view aggregated learner-activity reporting and submitted product feedback. Behavioural events do not copy chat questions, assessment text, email addresses, or external destination URLs. We may use anonymised or aggregated learning metrics to evaluate courses and product performance.
Service providers and external links
Microsoft identity and Azure services support authentication, hosting, storage, and AI features. If you accept optional public analytics, Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms. We do not send Google learner answers, chat text, email addresses, or account identifiers. A course may link to an external Metrics That Matter evaluation form. Information entered on that external service is governed by its operator's privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile and chat conversations, disconnects Microsoft identity, and replaces direct account identifiers with anonymous values. De-identified learning records and product feedback may be retained to preserve course metrics, product-improvement history, and audit integrity.
Security
We use role-based access, authenticated sessions, and managed platform controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to the service administrator.
Your choices
You may reject optional public analytics, leave optional profile fields blank, update them later, export your data, or anonymise your account. Your organisation may also provide a privacy contact for access or correction requests.
Changes
Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, a new acceptance request.
